Fees

I am a passionate humanitarian who is committed to helping others and have been providing professional counseling and psychotherapy for more than twenty years.

My fee is $185 per session.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate place where you can get the counseling, support, and encouragement you need to navigate through the challenges of life.

No matter what you’re going through, whether depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, addiction or LGBT related issues, there is hope. I am committed to providing quality mental health counseling to those who want to create positive change in their lives.

Understanding the Out-of-Network Process:

As an out-of-network provider, I make it easy for you to get reimbursed through your insurance company.  For example, when you use an out of network provider, you pay the provider upfront and get reimbursed from your insurance company. 

The reimbursement amount varies depending on your insurance benefits. I will work with your out-of-network insurance benefit which in most cases covers some, if not all, of the cost of therapy.

Contacting Your Insurance Company Directly

You may want to contact your insurance company directly to determine your out-of-network insurance benefits. Be sure to ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
